Laura B. Greig

Thank you for visiting!

I build art-creating analog machines. They capture sensor data, and output drawings and paintings.

I live and work in my studio in New York.

My art practice is about nurturing close relationships with the machines I build. I write my code line-by-line so that I understand it well. I build them up when I see potential for growth, reinforcing their strengths rather than enforcing my expectations.
